Here is all the important information you need, including:

- standards of behaviour required of all participants
Please remember that dogs and pets of any kind are NOT PERMITTED into the Safari Park, even when dropping off or collecting children from workshops.

Parental Consent Statement
By completing the below form, I give consent for my child to attend workshops run by the staff of Woburn Safari Park, in line with the health and safety policies.
If my child exhibits any abusive, threatening or rude behaviour towards other participants, staff, visitors or animals at Woburn Safari Park, I agree that the staff may contact me and my child will be removed from the workshop.

Please complete one consent form per child attending the workshop.

Attendees will NOT be admitted without a completed form.
- DO NOT bring children who are unwell to the workshop, we are happy to reschedule your date. Children will be sent home if they appear to have an infectious disease.
- Any medication the child requires should be correctly labelled and stored securely in a bag, which can be taken with them. All personal belongings will be kept in a locked classroom with no public access and the medication can be kept here if not practical to be carried around during the day. Any medication must be self-administered.
- A booster seat is required if your child is under 12 years of age or less than 135cm in height.
