Thank you for booking a Children's Educational Workshop!

Here is all the important information you need, including:  

• easy to follow directions
• drop off and collection timings
• the equipment they will need to bring along
• standards of behaviour required of all participants

Please remember that dogs and pets of any kind are NOT PERMITTED into the Safari Park, even when dropping off or collecting children from workshops.

Parental Consent Statement

By completing the below form, I give consent for my child to attend workshops run by the staff of Woburn Safari Park, in line with the health and safety policies.

If my child exhibits any abusive, threatening or rude behaviour towards other participants, staff, visitors or animals at Woburn Safari Park, I agree that the staff may contact me and my child will be removed from the workshop.

Please note:

• Please complete one consent form per child attending the workshop. 

• Attendees will NOT be admitted without a completed form.  

• DO NOT bring children who are unwell to the workshop, we are happy to reschedule your date. Children will be sent home if they appear to have an infectious disease.
• Any medication the child requires should be correctly labelled and stored securely in a bag, which can be taken with them. All personal belongings will be kept in a locked classroom with no public access and the medication can be kept here if not practical to be carried around during the day. Any medication must be self-administered.
• A booster seat is required if your child is under 12 years of age or less than 135cm in height.

Privacy Notice

How we use your data: 

• Woburn Safari Park will use your data to coordinate and manage educational visits as per your contract with us. Failure to provide the data required may mean we cannot enter into a contract with you.
• With your consent we will manage health data in relation to the child named on the form.
• We have appropriate administrative and technical security measures in place to keep your data secure.
• Evidence of financial transactions is kept for 7 years (for tax purposes), while medical information is destroyed after the event.
• Your data will not be shared unless we have a legal obligation to do so or where it is in the vital interests of your child, such as in a medical emergency. Woburn Enterprises Limited is the data controller responsible for personal data managed by Woburn Safari Park.
