Best of babies 2022!

Can you believe that we're heading into December already?

2022 has whizzed past so quickly that it's taken us all a little by surprise...!

Although the number of days left in the year is in short supply, the one thing we were not short of in the Park this year was baby news!

From adorable alpaca cria and cute bear cubs to pretty (and plentiful!) meerkat pups, we had baby updates coming thick and fast from January onwards!

• JANUARY: Caught on camera - live footage of the four North American black bear cubs being born was captured!
• FEBRUARY: The first of three meerkat litters born to proud parents Pansy and Brendan
• MARCH: Four ring-tailed lemur infants join the troop - including rare twins!
• APRIL: One of two bactrian camels born this year, say a big hello to Wednesday!
• SEPTEMBER: A six month update for Bud and Spud, the Humboldt penguins chicks
• OCTOBER: Beau, Rigby and Jellybean - the arrival of the Guianan squirrel monkey trio!
