Support Deanshanger Hedgehog Rescue

Last summer, the team opened 'Bramble Lodge' at Woburn Safari Park.  In partnership with Deanshanger Hedgehog Rescue the carnivore keepers are helping to care for injured hedgehogs and orphaned hoglets, providing a space for them to grow to a healthy weight, ready to be safely released back into the wild. Based in Milton Keynes, DHR is a dedicated charity that provides treatment and rehabilitation for wild hedgehogs found abandoned, unwell, or injured. Their goal...to get these iconic creatures back where they belong - in the wild.

A Fun & Educational Event

Woburn Safari Park is teaming up with Deanshanger Hedgehog Rescue for a special charity day on Sunday 11th May 2025.

Come along to meet the real-life hedgehog heroes and discover the amazing work DHR does to care for and rehabilitate wild hedgehogs.

There’ll also be a fun raffle at the charity stall outside the Safari Restaurant (no.29 on your Foot Safari map), giving visitors the chance to win some great prizes while helping raise vital funds for this incredible local charity.

Exclusive Tiger Mini VIP Experience

As part of the weekend, keepers will also be offering an unforgettable Mini VIP experience with the Park’s incredible Amur tigers.

For just £30 per person, you can embark on an off-road adventure into the Kingdom of the Carnivores where you will opportunity to witness these magnificent Amur tigers up close while learning about them with an expert ranger. Enjoy this magical wildlife experience while helping raise needed funds for DHR.
